LuftCar is a hydrogen powered, autonomous vehicle, vertical lift, land and air transportation start-up. The Company will produce a true flying car, with combined road and air capability. Sathya said he is now looking forward to building opportunities with global customers in personal mobility, shared car, disaster relief, defense and last mile delivery.
On Friday, September 24th 2021 Santh Sathya, founder of LuftCar had the privilege to present at eVTOL Insights Virtual Networking Event. He founded LuftCar LLC, which is the autonomous air and road mobility eVTOL mobility company in March 2021. During the event Santh presented the different aspects of LuftCar that will help grow the eVTOL space. He touched based on his vision of creating a fully hydrogen powered vehicle and also emphasized how LuftCar can be used as air ambulance, disaster relief, shared and personal mobility vehicle. Santh cares deeply for environmental sustainability and is a relentless innovator of technologies that solves complex problems, improve lives, build social equity, and fuels progress. LuftCar is hoping to bring its disruptive technology to market by 2024 and the company appreciates this networking opportunity at eVTOL Insights event.
9/30/2021 LUFTCAR Selected By CleanTech Open As Regional Winner To Advance To National Judging As Part Of The CleanTech Open Global ForumRead NowLuftCar, a hydrogen powered, autonomous vehicle, vertical lift, land and air transportation start-up, is South East Regional Winner to advance to Nationals.
Online PR News - 30-September-2021 - LuftCar, LLC a hydrogen powered, autonomous vehicle, vertical lift, land and air transportation start-up, is the South East Regional Winner to advance to Nationals as part of the CleanTechOpen Global Forum. By: Tyler Lewis The industry developed by LuftCar and urban air mobility vehicles will develop the urban and, eventually, the global hydrogen infrastructure. Just like the Tesla superchargers, hydrogen refueling sites will be part of our renewable future. Currently, hydrogen is hard to store and expensive to make; however, hydrogen is energy-dense and burns cleanly – reacting with oxygen to create water and release energy. There are two ways to make hydrogen: via Electrolysis and Steam Reforming. Steam Reforming is not environmentally friendly, and it produces large amounts of methane gas. Electrolysis uses electricity to separate hydrogen from water molecules; it's environmentally friendly but incurs a net loss of energy. The increased relevance of hydrogen fuel will result in the development and integration of Electrolysis, hydrogen storage, and distribution infrastructure. LuftCar will help develop this infrastructure as it increases the demand for hydrogen. Furthermore, LuftCar plays a large part in decreasing global emissions since it promotes hydrogen infrastructure. Hydrogen has the potential to be used in local and commercial air transport, areas that electric batteries currently do not have the physical capacity to be a scalable option.
For air travel, hydrogen is the solution. Meeting the 2050 climate accords will not be easy without the implementation of green commercial air travel. Investment in hydrogen battery solutions will ensure our future on this planet by supporting the development of renewable air transportation. Investment in LuftCar is the perfect stepping stone for the development of clean aerial transportation. Luftcar will be able to act as a transport vehicle for healthcare, military, and economic purposes making the vehicle a reliable platform for investment into the integration, and development of hydrogen power into the future of large-scale transportation. LuftCar's Stable quad motor platform proves its versatility. |
