LuftCar and Micromap Sign Strategic MOU to Advance Geospatial AI and Air Mobility Solutions in the U.S., MENA, and Beyond


West Palm Beach, FL, USA / Dubai, UAE – September 25, 2025 – LuftCar, a U.S.-based innovator in hydrogen-powered air–ground modular mobility, and Micromap, a UAE-based leader in geospatial and mapping technologies, today announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to collaborate strategically on geospatial technologies, artificial intelligence (AI), autonomous mobility, and advanced air mobility (AAM) initiatives .


The MOU, signed by Santh Sathya, Chief Executive Officer of LuftCar, and Mohamed Yousuff, Chief Executive Officer of Micromap, establishes a framework for collaboration to create mutual business opportunities in the United States, the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, and global markets.


Key Highlights of the MOU

• Business Development in the U.S. and Global Markets – LuftCar will support Micromap’s entry and expansion into the U.S. and other international markets where LuftCar operates.
• Preferred GIS Partner – Micromap will serve as LuftCar’s preferred vendor for GIS-related projects.
• Exclusive Partnership in the MENA Region – LuftCar will act as Micromap’s exclusive partner for AI, AI-GIS integration, autonomous mobility, and advanced air mobility projects across the MENA region.
